SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, sales events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer

RJIVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

RJIVA may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for complying with local laws, regulations, customs requirements, and import restrictions applicable in their country.

RJIVA is not responsible for delays, confiscations, customs holds, or additional charges resulting from international shipping regulations.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking updates and ensuring they are available to receive the package if required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

RJIVA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

RJIVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

This helps us evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

RJIVA reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain regions, addresses, or jurisdictions at our discretion.
